Skill Evaluation

In House Screening
In this phase we take confirmation of credentials and qualifications over the phone
Background Check
If the client has requested a police check, activate it. Perform a reference and background check on each employee.
In Person Interview
Verification of references, any technical credentials, training records, tickets, and licences for candidates Candidates who should be interviewed (if necessary) for open positions.
Employees Placement
In this phase we follow up with the client to ensure that they are satisfied with their placement based on attendance, performance, and personal compatibility.
